- Patricia-Ann RubensWas never contacted to schedule, despite reaching out multiple times via this platform and an email that was sent to me by the provider.
Unfortunately this is likely a scam.

Hi Jamie we sent you an email and it was confirmed. Please check your other email folders. I was looking forward to meeting with you. Please reconsider. I take my work very seriously and it's my life. This website does too.
- Erica GroomsI want to be clear before my review that I do believe Erica was overbooked when our appointment was scheduled. But, being overbooked does not mean I want to leave an unfair review from my viewpoint.
I booked an appt last week for my dog and myself before his surgery. I’m not new to medium experiences, and her reviews seemed fantastic. We planned for a few days after my booking. Erica accommodated my appointment quickly, but had to reschedule day-of. No worries on my part, we booked for two days later.
Now, day of- Erica was 25+ minutes late with no text or notification of her delay. I can deal with tardiness, but this was excessive. I even heard her conversation with her client, who was still there, while she popped into our zoom.
Erica came on, very frazzled and talking ab her previous client. I get it. But I wanted her to be focused and ready for my dog’s reading. I paid money for this time, and felt she was unprepared for our time. She also did not look into my pre-saved questions and assumed my dog was “ready to cross” and kept affirming that to me, meanwhile he was just going in for surgery. I’m so confused and frustrated with only a few minutes together.
We spend the hour chatting and she is really kind. I can tell she cares about animals. But Erica was also pushing for an MLM product. I refuse to supper someone who is shelling out alternative fixes when I paid for a reading. I did not pay to get medical advice or to be sold a product.
I wish Erica the best, but my appt was lackluster and frustrating and incredibly fake feeling. Maybe she was overbooked, maybe she was tired- but at the end of the day the service provided was bad.
- Lindsey HolmesPet Pro Response:
Once again, I sincerely apologize again, for being late for your session and as I mentioned before based on the nature of my work when I am with people or animals that are in crisis I will stay with them until it is reasonably safe to end the session. I also try my very best to offer and suggest what I have learned over my forty years of education and experience, what I feel may be beneficial in supporting wellness. I am grateful that I was able to provide you with helpful information, new discoveries, and the extra time on your session call. My heart goes out to you for understanding and blessings for peace.
