Our professional dog walking and pet sitting services are available in Forest Hills, Kew Gardens, and Rego Park Queens only.
All walks are done one family at a time. We do NOT pack walk dogs. You will also have the same walker on a consistent basis as this allows for a stronger bond between your dog and our walker.
Our pet sitting services are done in your home. We DO NOT board dogs or cats. We have found that this reduces the stress on your pet(s) while you are away.
Initial consultations are always FREE! We always conduct a virtual consultation with our potential clients in advance, so we can go over your pet's care in more detail. Doing so virtually allows for convenience and safety.
We utilize DoTimely, an all-inclusive database, for all of our scheduling, billing, and communication. Each client receives their own login and password to their personal page on the site. You can book or cancel an appointment, update your pet's file with vet information, feeding instructions, training experience, etc, as well as view and pay invoices.
DoTimely also provides notifications from your dog walker or pet sitter when they arrive and depart an appointment, as well as notes and pictures from the visit.
