Everything went well and I appreciated all the assistance, support and patience that Adra had during our process. I was having a few technical issues but they were easily resolved with her help and Petworks.

Adra was great!!! She took awesome care of our new baby! She kept us informed regularly during the trip. I definitely recommend!!!

She was great taking care of my pups and sent photos and even took weather into account without my asking, truely someone who cares for animals like I would care for my own, wish I could leave more stars on my review

Adra is AMAZING!! This was my first time doing a pet-transport and we are so pleasantly surprised with how well everything went. Adra is friendly, communicative, and genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. She kept us updated throughout the two day journey (five dogs being transported from MS to CT) with regular text updates and even photos. She makes it as nice as possible for the dogs, at one point even taking them to a nearby dog park (when there was some time to spare before the arrival-time) so they could run a bit. She kept the AC in her vehicle cold so the animals were comfy, and, when a couple of them had motion sickness bc they'd never been in a vehicle, she kept me updated and helped them feel better within hours. She also stops for regular potty breaks, etc.
The dogs arrived hydrated, happy, and fresh. The entire process was great and I highly recommend her!
