How did you hone your craft?
I have been painting pets for many years. I am self taught and learned by painting a lot! :)
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
My tips for good photo references for artwork is 1. no flash 2. natural light 3. get on their level 4. fill the camera frame with their face (or body). 5. take a lot of photos....you have more chances of a good one that way!
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I consider it a privilege and an honor to memorialize or preserve your happy memories of your pet in art. I love faces of all kinds but especially love animal faces.
