How did you hone your craft?
After graduating business school from Wright State University, I realized that caring for animals is my passion. I have worked as a pet sitter for 6+ years and I love every day of it!
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
If you have a dog that is impossible to give a pill to - open the mouth and add the pill, hold the muzzle, and then do a quick blow of air in the nose. They will swallow it everytime!
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I never give up! I care for every animal individually, so I never generalize their care needs. I have worked with many animals with behavioral issues and through doing training with them I have learned so much. My biggest take away from my job is to never give up on animals. We all have bad days (including our pets). It's not about the bad things that happen, but instead about how you handle it! My heart is happy to serve my community and with my company we are already doing that! We have so many plans to do more for the community and we hope you're apart of it!
