My name is Raam Brousard. I am the owner of Reward-a-Dog. I established this company as a result of my experiences with dogs both in my military service in the Israeli army from 1998 to 2002 and my work with civilian dogs for clients thereafter. Utilizing a combination of what i’ve learned by training and working with military dogs and my continued studies thereafter, i’ve found a sweet spot and thus the key to a happy, problem free companion. Positive reinforcement along with harnessing the dogs own personality to take them to their full potential. I believe dogs, like humans, want to be the best they can be and do the best job they can, for us and themselves. We, as their guides and leaders need to show them the way to excellence. Just as we raise our kids to be the best they can be with always-growing research and knowledge base, the same applies to the K9 world. Thanks to ongoing studies we’re always learning new things so we can better understand these magnificent creatures that stand by our side. Science, love, compassion and understanding are the base of my methods of guidance.
