Started my own pet business at the age of 11 and then became a Veterinary Technician at 15 and worked as a tech for over 11 years developing my niche for educating clients and improving overall customer service in the industry!
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Patience and consistency - and they really are a lot like raising a young child! Always look for the good choices they do make - reward those and set them up for success!!
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I've been in this industry over 20 years and am still learning and growing! I have an amazing team that really does help our company stand out among the rest!
