How did you hone your craft?
I am proud of growing up in Pittsburgh and being a graduate of Penn State. I have fully devoted my life and home to quality pet care. Both myself & team consider ourselves guardians of your family. We view training and continuing education as a must. Fully understanding all animals we take care of is important and our experience shows that. There has been many times when an animal walked through my door very timid/shy/scared, and by the end of the visit - they didn't want to leave! I am ethical, fair, and I understand the importance of my service to you and your pet. We love what we do. Forming a bond, and learning the personalities of a guest is something we value. I believe animals are just like people. We also enjoy forming professional long lasting friendships with clients (animals and owners). I enjoy the time I get to spend with the kids. My job is fulfilling, & I'm thankful I am able to do what I know best. Animals are a large part of my life. I am also an avid rescue advocate
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Patience, integrity, ethics, quality of life are core values every pet parent should learn well. .
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I understand that feeling of leaving your dog behind as you go away. I understand that "knot" in your stomach, and possibly the guilt you feel for leaving. Trust me, I've experienced it with my own dog. It's a horrible feeling. I get it. I will do the best I can to make you feel comfortable for having to leave your kid(s). Their happiness is extremely important to me. I'm known as the "dog guy" around town. Yes, I'm that guy. Love them! Love them more than people! If your dog is your life: I'm Your Guy! I have been a dog/cat/animal lover all of my life. I have history with dogs since I was a child. I can handle any type of dog, and I view dogs as people. Each one has a different personality. This is why my service is perfect for your kid(s). I am well versed in animal behavior as well. In addition, I've taken additional training classes to be fully equipped for any type of dog.
