Pricing Packages
For flight nanny services:
- This rate is does not include the cost of flights at the time of confirmed booking; airline pet fees; hotel stay if necessary; or rental car is necessary.
** Some airlines charge the pet fee each way, and some charge it per leg/layover. Once we begin conversations, I will research your needs and have a firm answer/cost moving forward
- I require 75% of the total cost quoted to confirm booking. This initial cost covers the flight and pet fee to the airline which I will book immediately following your confirmed booking.
- the remaining amount will be due 1 week prior to the scheduled date of travel
- I will notify you immediately if there are any delays or issues with transport from the airline and any changes in real time
- flight nanny services assume pick up/delivery at the airport unless otherwise discussed. If the pick up/delivery is other than the airport, I will rent a car to deliver to you. This must be decided and pre-paid at the time of the confirmed booking.
- The booking fee is separate from my quote and I require 75% deposit to confirm booking. Of the 75% deposit paid, 100% will be refunded if canceled within 24 hours of the confirmed booking. After 24 hours from the time of confirmed booking, the deposit is non- refundable. If I have to cancel on my end, 100% refund of paid amount will be reimbursed to you immediately.
I have an SUV, pet insurance, AAA additional insurance, I am USDA certified, and have a very flexible schedule. My vehicle is equipped with internet; Waggle: real-time interior vehicle temperature & humidity monitor that will alert me immediately; interior rear-facing camera to monitor from the back inside of the car to the front interior of the car; and use group-specific WhatsApp for GPS tracking during your pets transport (that means you will know where your pet(s) are every single step of the trip. I also send photos throughout the trip.
I am open to accommodating most reasonable special requests - just ask!
Your pet(s) has the option to ride in your crate or my crate (I use impact-rated Ruffland travel crates) or lounging in the car - I have pet blankets & pillows for their comfort, as well as pet seatbelts for safety!
The use of my extra small, small, medium, and large martingale collars to use for the trip. I require your pet to also ride in the car with a halter which is how they will be secured inside the vehicle (unless they are in a crate). This is for their safety during the drive, as well as when the door is opened, they will not jump out unattended.
I provide treats. However, I do not provide food. You must provide enough food (daily portioned in sandwich bags). Keeping your pets on their regular food helps their gut health which is especially important during travel. Should you wish for me not to give them treats provided by me, please ensure they have your preferred treats available.
Bathroom and stretch/play breaks approximately every 2 1/2 hours.
Road trip litter box (for the cats)
I will take a photo at pick up for verification of pick up. I will also take a photo of your pet being held by the person you have designated to pick up. A signature of release form must be signed by the person picking up the pet and I will check their id.
