Kim was very caring. She did her best at trying to help find our dog. If there is no trail to follow there isn’t anything she can do. She brought in for about our missing dog but also the puppy we recently adopted which was his puppy. We are still hoping and are still optimistic Murphy will find his way home soon.

Kim was amazing! She immediately connected with my dog and persisted even when my pup wasn’t offering much information. She said several things that fully validated her connection to my dog because she said several details she couldn’t have possibly known without witnessing them.
