Pacific Pet Pro - CCPDT Certified Dog Trainer - Carlsbad, CA
Hello! I’m Lana, a CCPDT-KA and Fear Free Certified Professional dog trainer.
If you are seeking assistance with dog training or behavior modification, I can help you and your dog build a relationship based on trust and cooperation without using techniques that involve intimidation or cause physical and/or emotional harm to your dog.
I specialize in helping reactive and/or anxious dogs and their humans. Being an owner of sensitive/reactive dogs myself, I can relate to the struggles other owners of behaviorally challenged dogs experience. By sharing my knowledge and skills and implementing individualized plans, I provide my clients and their dogs the proper tools and guidance to create positive and lasting changes.

This program is designed to help your dog learn the skills they need to be a well-mannered member of the family quickly! I will jump-start the training process by working with your dog one-on-one in 60-minute sessions 3 days a week for a minimum of 2 weeks and then coach you how to maintain their new behaviors during the 90-minute long transfer session at the end of each week.
While you're away at work or running errands, I will work with your dog on basic manners (name recognition, recall, sit, down, stay, leave it, drop it, walking on loose leash and place stationing/mat work) or on alleviating behavior concerns like leash reactivity, handling sensitivities, resource guarding, etc.
Package includes: Initial 90-minute consultation, six 60-minute training sessions with your dog and two 90-minute transfer sessions with you (and your dog)
Initial in-home dog training or behavior modification consultation (90 minutes).
Set your dog up for optimal learning success with private dog training sessions! Unlike in group classes, where other dogs and people compete for your dogs attention, in one-on-one sessions we have better control over environmental distractions and stressors, which makes it much easier for your dog to focus and absorb new information. In addition, private training honors your dog’s individual learning pace, allows targeting specific behaviors YOU want your dog to learn or to eliminate and gives you the freedom to choose the days and times that work for you! This package includes a 90-minute consultation and four 60-minute training sessions.
Single private dog training session (60 minutes).
