How did you hone your craft?

I've worked in the dog training field for 6 years. During which I've had ample experience working different breeds, ages, dispositions, and backgrounds. I've also read books by Pat Miller, Patricia McConnell PH.D, and Kellie Snider, MS. Alongside my training experience, I've also honed my own mindfulness practices and have found ways to integrate them while working with the dog's family.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Observe, don't narrate. The world of your animals will open up to you when you clearly see them for where they are this moment. If you maintain a narrative about them, such as anthropomorphizing, you will often not see them clearly and will therefor be unable to to meet their needs.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

I look forward to the opportunity to serve you, and implement the lifestyle changes necessary to help you and your dog live life with a sense of inclusion.
