How did you hone your craft?

I have been a student of the horse most of my life. I began riding and training young horses before becoming a farrier. I studied the equine hoof through shoeing for over 12 years, and decided it was time for more, when I discovered animal chiropractic.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Give them time, and the benefit of the doubt. Many behavior issues can be traced back to a pain response, and relieving the discomfort often alleviates the behavior.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

I am continually making an effort to improve my skills and deepen my understanding of chiropractic so I may serve my patients better.
