What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Be gentle with yourself. Grief is the emotional cost of the love you bear for your beloved pet, and mourning that loss is natural, normal, and necessary. Memorializing our pets is an essential function of mourning.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

I understand the connections that people have for their beloved pets, from lizards to rabbits, from dogs to cats, and from ferrets to horses.
