Rather than large van/trucks, we opt to use SUVs to keep your pet close to us just like your family would. Because we operate smaller, we can personalize our service to fit your needs. *Be very careful accepting super low bids. The way to offer cheap rates is to stack many pet jobs together making for a crowded and sometimes unsafe experience for your pet.

Safety and Comfort
Our vehicles are regularly sanitized. Your pets enjoy ample space, entertainment along the way, and exercise during breaks. While we do offer shared rides with other pets to help you save money, we never crowd too many pets into one ride. We also understand that pets have sensitive noses and to help reduce stress, we encourage transporting your pet with their own crate whenever possible, ensuring a familiar environment.

Preparing Your Pet
Consult your veterinarian regarding travel suitability. Ensure your pet has proper identification, vaccination records, and a health certificate.

Payments:
Bid includes standard transportation fees:
- Pet transport coordination fee
- Pickup and delivery
- Airfare for pet transport when applicable
The bid amount is an estimate based on the info you provided in your initial request. The most accurate bids require details, type of pet, breed, number, age, weight and travel details (to, from, and dates). For the best, most accurate estimate, please include photos of your pets.
Plan to pay half the rate upon signing an agreement and half upon pick-up.
We accept CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and some other online money transfer methods. We do not accept regular credit cards unless through one of these apps.

*Also, please note, Petworks charges a booking fee that is separate from any transportation bid. Bid does not include this fee and the fee will be passed along to the customer. Questions related to the fee should be directed to Petworks Customer Service.*
