Which part of the country do you serve pets?

We care for pets in beautiful South Florida, including these neighborhoods: Brickell, The Roads, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Pinecrest, East Kendall, Palmetto Bay, and some of Cutler Bay!

What year did you begin serving pets?

We were established in August of 2011.

How did you hone your craft?

We train our employees personally in how we like our clients cared for. Our team members are animal lovers who started caring for animals at a young age. Most of them continued into degrees and careers related to animals (including as vet techs, biologists, or animal trainers). Our company provides training opportunities in pet first aid and CPR, dog walks/runs, and more for all of our employees.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Make sure you secure your pet sitters in advance. There is so much peace of mind in getting to know and securing a professional to care for your pets and your home before an emergency happens. Even if you don't hire the pet professional right away, having that back up is worth it. Make sure they are licensed and insured, and that they have good references.
