How did you hone your craft?
We're in our fourth year of professional transport business but we have decades of animal experience. Having raised and shown champion Boston Terriers for over 15 years, part of giving my dogs the best care was researching behavior, food, health issues and training. This has given me the ability to handle unexpected challenges with experience and knowledge.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Getting your pet used to being in a crate or carrier (depending on which mode of transport they will need) before their trip will help reduce their stress during their trip.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
EQ Pet Travel is a family run business so our availability is limited but our care is personalized. Once we set up a transport with you, we will not cancel and leave you hanging. We have a strong belief in keeping our word and following through. We have had less than five needed cancelations in hundreds of transports since we started, and in those cases we assisted in arranging alternate transport for the client for the same cost so they were not inconvenienced.
