Distance Animal Reiki - Nationwide

Hello! My name is Shay and I am passionate about animals. I grew up in a home with cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, seahorses - you name it! I started my animal reiki business to assist animals in their healing needs. My goal is to help them achieve what they need for their highest good.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing practice. The goal of Reiki is to balance the body’s energy so it can more effectively heal itself. More and more hospitals offer Reiki services due to the patient’s demands.

Why distance reiki for my pet?
This is an excellent question! Reiki transcends time and space, so it is just as effective in person as it is at a distance. Distance healing can be even more effective for a few reasons. Animals can feel threatened or very curious when a new person enters their territory, which can result in them refusing the reiki session or being very distanced. With a distance session, the animal does not experience the stress of traveling or the distraction of meeting a new person, which can result in far more effective treatment. This can reduce stress on the owner as well, that your furry friend could otherwise pick up on. Bonus: you don’t need to clean your home for a new person coming in! :)

What are the next steps?
I’m excited to work with you! Now that you’ve purchased your sessions, I’ll email you a client intake form. I ask that you please fill it out and send it back to me before the session. I will review this information to have a better understanding of your pet’s situation.
Before the session, I will spend time meditating and centering myself to best assist your pet. Depending on the energy, we may schedule a complimentary 10-minute session where I will perform reiki on you before your pet’s session, which will also be done from a distance. We will be on a live video during the session as I perform the reiki session.
After the session, please give your pet at least a few hours to rest, and plenty of clean water.

What kind of pets do you treat?
All pets! Cats, dogs, fish, horses - whatever species your love may be, they can all receive Reiki.

Can I buy this as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! This is a great gift for that special someone who has everything and loves their pet(s)!

Can I have more than one pet in a session?
There is no need to lock up any other animals you have. Another pet may join the session at some point if they would like to receive reiki, but the sessions should be booked as one per pet to achieve the best results.

Does my pet have to be sick to receive Reiki?
Absolutely not! Reiki can be done to balance on all levels - physical, emotional and spiritual. While it can be very effective in assisting an unwell animal, it can also be very beneficial for animals who suffered emotional trauma or who struggle to get along with other humans or animals. Reiki can promote relaxing and well being for you and your pet if you are all perfectly healthy and happy as well.
