We are a full service veterinary clinic and day hospital. We treat puppies and kittens and adults for vaccinations, wellness exams, spays and neuters, dentistry, digital radiology (X-rays), ultrasound, advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, digital dental radiology, teeth cleaning, advanced surgical dental procedures, orthodontics, root canals, crowns, laser therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, senior care, in-house lab work and send-out lab work, prescription medications and over the counter medications including for heartworm prevention and for preventing and treating fleas and ticks, second opinions, behavior counseling, dietary counseling, allergy testing, microchipping, pet retail products, dog and cat food, grooming, boarding and more!
If you love your furry, or feathery or scaly pet, we likely will treat your pet! We treat all kinds of pets except for primates, pigs, and horses. We treat birds, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils, Guinea Pigs, sugar gliders, snakes and other reptiles, etc.
We love pets and do our best to reduce fear and anxiety for pets. Stop in anytime with your dog for a free happy pet me and treat me visit! Bring your kittens here and lots of places before they are eight weeks old (the best time to socialize dogs and cats) and perhaps they may enjoy car rides in the future! Give kitties and puppies lots of exposure to new experiences when they are young.

We serve the Bradenton, Florida area and the greater Suncoast region of Florida. We have clients who travel from Punta Gorda to the south, from Port Richey in the north, Lakeland in the northeast, and Wachula, Zolfo Springs , and Arcadia in the east.
What year did you begin serving pets?
We have been an active member of our community since 1947!
How did you hone your craft?
We have four veterinarians who have more than 75 years of experience and who love gaining new skills and knowledge throughcontinuing education and certifications.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Socialize puppies and kittens to every experience you expect them to have in a lifetime by the time they are eight weeks old!
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I have known since I was about five years old that I want ed to be a veterinarian because my mother took care of the neighborhood's injured wildlife.
