How did you hone your craft?
I honed in on canine massage by watching dogs compete in agility before and after a massage with Trigger Point Therapy. The massaged dogs were faster and had less bars down and usually had a qualifying run. I expanded my massage certification to advanced sports, senior and trigger point therapy to give dogs the optimum benefits of massage, improve their performance in any sport they compete in or help the pet dog have fun and play without pain.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
I have learned most dogs love massage and attention and they will tell you where they need massaged. Dogs move better with less pain after a massage or on a regular massage program.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I love all animals and have a connection with them. My breed of choice is Australian Shepherds and they have all been rescued.
