Karen George is a highly experienced nurse with over 23 years of experience. She is also an accomplished dog trainer, with nearly 21 years of experience in the field. Karen has obtained numerous certifications and memberships related to dog training, including NEPOPO® Silver and Gold graduate (2 times and 5 times, respectively), NEPOPO® Certified Trainer, NEPOPO® Licensed E-Collar Trainer, NEPOPO® Gold Multiplicator Instructor, AKC Canine Good Citizen, Star Puppy, and Trick Dog Evaluator, AKC ATT Temperament Tester, and AKC Fit Dog Instructor and Tester. She is also a Pet Emergency Education Instructor, AKC Breeder College Graduate, and APET Temperament Tester for Avid Dog, as well as a C-BARQ Temperament Tester, Graduate of Avid Dog Breeding Program, and certified Tell Tail Breeder. You are invited to participate in group obedience training and public access training trips during the following six months to obtain the formal training hours needed for AKC evaluations and public access testing at one year of age.
Includes Star Puppy, initial CGC, and Novice Trick Dog AKC evaluations for certifications.
Assessment of Public access and other AKC evaluations at one year old, once documentation of at least 120 of formal training and 30 hours of public access training is completed.

This program is for Potty trained dogs older than six months old.
Your dog will be fully immersed in our intensive training program.
This includes establishing new rules and boundaries and socialization with dogs and people, allowing your dog to develop a new foundation that you can build on when your dog returns home.
3-week entire immersion board & train program
This program includes four personal training sessions with you. (1) at your go home after the three weeks of the residency training program, (2) a week after going home, (3) two weeks after going home, and (4) a month after going home.
You also receive our 30-day training program to help transition your dog home and to make sure your dog stays on track as you keep in contact with your trainer, who is available to answer questions that will come up.
Your dog will learn heel, sit, down, come, stay, place, and more.
On social media, you will see pictures and videos of your dog’s progress on Instagram & Facebook.
Access to your trainer via phone, email, and text support. You will hear back within two business days, and you will have access afterward for when questions come up (because they do) as part of your 30-Day Training Program.
You also have access to our online school, including videos, books on loan, handouts, and more, for up to 6 months to simplify learning and understanding.
This program is for well-trained Companion or Pet dogs and finished Therapy Dogs for puppies six months old or older purchased from Heart and Soul Dog Breeding Only.
This program is for a puppy six months old or older, potty/house trained before starting our 5-week intensive immersion Board & Train Program.

While we do start training the puppies we breed as young as eight weeks old in a puppy program, puppies that leave us to their new homes and puppies that we don’t produce can come to us for this 5-week board & train, however, they must be at least six months old, pass our temperament testing and be already house trained (if found not to be fully potty/home prepared there will take an additional $2000 charge to finish potty/house training).
Your dog works on precisely what they need in our unique, 5-week intensive immersion board & train.
Your Puppy must be up to date on vaccinations, including kennel cough, leptospirosis, and Lyme disease.
To begin this program, your puppy must have a recent (within the last seven days) negative giardia & coccidiosis stool tests and negative brucellosis.
You schedule your coaching sessions around your calendar. From the comfort of your home, via video call, at our Gainesville, Florida home, or in select public locations. No matter where you live, you can work with our program.
You and your dog in training will join us for field trips to train your dog out in public.

This dog will complete foundation, intermediate, and advanced skills, advanced obedience, public access, and up to 6 simple or complex tasks.
This dog will have at least six months of training with a minimum of 120 hours and 30 hours of public access.
Includes complete once-month once-a-month personal training & coaching sessions for your dog's life.
We'd like to ask you to visit or video call at least six times each year to work with your dog or watch and learn as we work with your dog before receiving your dog.

This test consists of three location visits and evaluates your service dog team.
This is not a means of certification for a Service Dog team, as Heart and Soul Dog Breeding, Inc recognizes the United States Department of Justice does not require or recognize certifications for service dog/handler teams.
Instead, this Public Access Assessment aims to measure the service dog team's skills and performance on a specific date and time.
All tools are allowed as long as they are used appropriately and humanely. However, no food may be used during the test.
Your dog must respond to one command without repeating it during the test. However, if you need to, you can help your dog with a leash or spatial pressure.
