As a working Photojournalist my pet images are meant to capture the personality of your Dog. I spend time socializing with your dog and get to know him/her a bit so I can work to capture their spirit and personality. As a long-time dog owner I understand that thier life-spans are very short and time goes by quickly. Like Family portraits, having professional quality images of your best friend and soulmate is something many people don't think about until their dogs are either very old or have passed on.
