At A Place for Paws, we offer reward-based training and doggy daycare for family pets and therapy dogs.
We have special programs for puppies including puppy playschool, board and train programs, day training, private lessons, and socialization.
We have a full therapy dog program to help dogs become great helpers in animal-assisted therapy.
We have a variety of options to help teach dogs to be great family pets who can go anywhere and behave well in the home and beyond. These options start with day training and private lessons and move to socialization, playtimes with other dogs and group classes to create a focus in distractions.
We can individualize any program to suit your needs exactly.

Our trainers attend local and national workshop to add to our skills. We all participate and online trainings and webinars monthly at a minimum and enjoy adding to our techniques by sharing with other local positive trainer.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Learn to speak dog first before trying to get your dog to understand English.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
