I begin the process by having a conversation with the pet owner to obtain as much information as I can about their pet. It is important to know the pet's behavior, their likes, their dislikes and overall personality. It is imperative to create the best possible environment tailored to the pet, in order to keep them comfortable. Grooming can be very stressful for a pet, therefore, I strive to make the pet's experience enjoyable instead of fearful.

My education and training in grooming pets began in 1992. Grooming is an ever evolving field, making continuous education vital in order to remain current, provide the best service, safety, make use of the best products and overall experience for the pet.

I started in this business assisting a professional groomer. I am an avid animal lover and just wanted to work with animals as much as I could. It fills my heart to see an animal look and feel their best. They deserve to be pampered as much as possible. Dog grooming led me into breeding. I bred Pomeranians for over 20 years. I was blessed with a bloodline that had a natural ability to provide service for people with diabetes, cancer, heart issues and PTSD. I am no longer breeding, but I continue to groom for the love of animals. I had 24 of my own and they were all Pomeranian. 9 remain today. It is easy to say they are my specialty!

I use all natural products in the shop, which are formulated by me. A full service package includes a gentle massage during bath time, paw pad treatment, ear cleanse, tear stain treatment thorough deep conditioning, blueberry facial, sanitary, anal glands, nails, hair cut, cologne and brushing of teeth. I do not stack appointments. I take my time with the pet to keep them as comfortable and calm as possible.
